Individual orders: Great River books are available in bookstores and through most internet book outlets. All the books listed here are in print If you wish to order through a bookstore and they do not have the book in stock, you can order directly from us.

To order direct from us: You can order directly online using our safe and secure Shopping Cart. Your order will be processed through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account, and can order with all credit/debit cards.    

Note that when ordering an eBook, if options are available, please select the digital format you prefer. Since no shipping is required, the "Buy Now" button takes you directly to a check-out page rather than the Shopping Cart. Your digital file will be sent to you after your purchase is completed.

If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at 801-532-4833 during normal business hours [9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday]. We can then email you an invoice which can be paid online or by check. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. All your information is kept strictly confidential and is not sold or shared under any circumstances.

Shipping charges: Standard shipping method for individual orders is via U.S. Priority Mail.  Shipping charges for online orders are automatically calculated in your Shopping Cart order.  (You can view the charges in the "Checkout" page of the Shopping Cart.") 

For shipping options besides those shown in the Shopping Cart (such as FedEx and UPS) please call us at 801-532-4833 during normal business hours [9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday], or e-mail us for rates.

Foreign orders: Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Costs shown on our Shopping Cart are only for smaller orders.  Please contact us by e-mail and we will inform you of the cost before filling your order. All foreign orders must be prepaid through our PayPal account, or with a check to Great River Books in $US drawn on a U.S. bank.

Bookstores: Bookstores may order directly from us, or through major wholesalers. Our primary distributor is Independent Publishers Group .

Booksellers and others with established accounts may order by e-mail, phone or mail. In addition to ordering information, please include an e-mail address to which we may send copies of invoices.

New accounts: New accounts must pre-pay the first order. Call or e-mail us about setting up a new account.

Other Resellers: Non-bookstore resellers such as trainers and specialty mail order catalogues may be eligible for quantity discounts. Contact us for further information.

Examination & Desk Copies: All requests for teacher's examination copies must be made on official school letterhead. There is a non-returnable handling charge of $8.00 for each book. The handling charge must be paid at the time of the request. We cannot invoice you or your school for examination copies. A single desk copy is available if your school places a verified order for 10 or more copies of a book. Send all requests or queries to [email protected].

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit or refund of your purchase price. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return. If you paid by check, we will issue you a refund check as soon as we receive your returned item.  Please contact us immediately if your order has been damaged in shipment or is incorrect.

Bookstore Returns: Authorized returns of books in saleable condition are accepted for credit or refund for a period of 3 months to 9 months from date of invoice. A restocking charge will be deducted. For authorization and information on where to send returns please contact us. Please supply your customer account number or zipcode, the invoice date and number and quantity of books to be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for credit or refund.

Rights and Permissions: For information about reproducing copyrighted material, or about the availability of translation rights for our publications, please contact us. Information about the current availability of our books in foreign language editions is provided on the individual book webpages.

Privacy Policy: Your contact information as well as all data entered in your Shopping Cart is completely secure and confidential.  We do not sell or share this information under any circumstances.
